4、Precautions for CFA seat reservation in 2024
(1) Candidates who have already paid the registration fee must complete the seat reservation before completing the exam registration. Different exam windows have different scheduling deadlines for seat appointments. Candidates must complete the appointment before the corresponding deadline in order to complete the exam registration. Candidates who fail to complete their seat reservation within the prescribed time limit will not be able to participate in the exam, and the exam registration fee will not be refunded.
(2) The 'Schedule Your Exam' link under the CFA Program module is the only effective way to complete the exam reservation. Please do not make appointments through other interfaces.
(3) After completing the seat reservation, if the candidate needs to proactively change the exam reservation information, including the exam date, time, or location, at the same exam window, Prometric will charge a seat reservation change fee of $250. Please choose carefully.
(4) A seat reservation change fee of $250 is required for candidates who voluntarily apply for a seat change.
(5) To change the appointment for the exam, it is necessary to complete the operation before the corresponding rescheduling deadline.
(6) The change of exam reservation only supports operations within the same exam window.
4、 The appointment process for the CFA exam in February 2024 is as follows:
1. Enter the official website of the CFA Association (www.cfainstitute. org) and fill in your personal account and password;
2. Click "My account" to enter the candidate's personal account interface;
3. Select "CFA Program" to enter the CFA exam section;
4. Click on "Schedule Your Exam" and then click on the arrow in the bottom right corner to enter the next interface;

6. Once the reservation information for the exam is confirmed to be correct, the information can be submitted.
Candidates who fail to complete their seat reservation within the specified time limit will not be able to apply for a refund of the registration fee.
